What's happening this Saturday May 31st

We will be meeting on Saturday May 31st at 4pm at the Westover Baptist Church off of Bishop St. I really encourage that all students attend and invite a friend to this awesome oppurtunity that will challenge them this summer and get them into Gods word. We will have games, music, drama skits and a raffle! It's going to be a blast! It starts at 4pm and go's on till 9pm. There will also be guest speakers. This summer will be lot's of fun so I plan on keeping everyone up to date about what's going on at Firehouse. So be sure to check your e-mails daily. And as always your thoughts, concerns, and ideas are always welcomed. So with all that said I look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday! Please contact me for any questions.

Wet Feet

Yep, it's blogging! My wife Clarinda just got onto blogging and it's something that I've wanted to try out notice, I said try because ...well it's all new to me. I want to be able to connect with my students in a way that helps me help them. I don't know what will come out of this ,but I believe it's important as a leader to be able to blog about my experiences in youth ministry. So wet feet is my first blog post and I'm sure I'll have many more after this.So this is me getting my feet wet and I look forward to more.
